Ellen Peneski is the creator and facilitator of Road Map to Courage, powerful programs designed to cultivate success from within. Ellen brings 15+ years of professional experience in business process improvement, customer service, and corporate communications for service-oriented companies. Ellen has successfully built local customer service teams in six Latin American countries. She has globalized local processes for development of Latin American Educational Services departments and produced and delivered a three-week training course to 35 Chinese Motor Vehicle Department employees in Beijing, China.
An expert in courageous leadership, Ellen uses her adventure stories and endless enthusiasm to share insights gained from solo journeys throughout the world - including 47 of the United States and 31 countries in South East Asia, Europe, Central and South America. It's this travel along with her business experience that creates an inspirational and motivational platform to teach others how to fully embrace life through the art of excellence.
Today, Ellen continues to create the courage necessary for success, for executives and front line workers alike. Her adventure stories have been recorded in her book Road Map to Courage – Directions for Success through Travel.
Ellen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish. She continues pursuing her personal interest in female empowerment by serving on the Amazing Women’s Day production team and being a member of the Foundation for Women and Voices for Women.
